Volunteering at All Saints Home-Hougang

All Saints Home's Volunteer Group was set up on 6th Sept 08, when a group of volunteers joined the Volunteer-A-Day 2008 programme organised by Volunteer Initiator Person (VIP) and Volunteer Management Workgroup (VMW) under (NVPC) National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre. There are 140 elderly. As a new vol group, we are looking for more new volunteers to join us on alternative Saturday from 2.30pm-6pm in elderly activities,mass games, handicrafts,outings and festive events.

ESN Carnival on the 11th Sept at Yishun JC

We had a great saturday outing to Yishun JC on 11th Sept 10.. and what are wonderful Elderly Sector Network's Carnival, filled with games and food..
Even got performance and lucky draw..

This year theme is "Rekindle the Youth in You".
The 2 YOG mascot Lyo and Merly was there to take photos with the elderly too..
Thanks to all the volunteers who had spent their precious time to pair up with the All Saints elderly and accompany them to a fulfilled Saturday afternoon, a very meaningful day.
